Acer has announced its latest device, Acer Liquid Jade 2 at MWC 2016. This is the Smartphone which is similar to Liquid Jade primo with a variation in its running OS. Acer Liquid Jade Primo runs on Windows OS where as new Acer Liquid Jade 2 runs on Android OS.
Specifications of Acer Liquid Jade 2
There is a 5.5 inch Full HD AMOLED display with 1080 X 1920 pixels resolution. 100 % NTSC color gamut, 1000:1 contrast and 176 –degree wide-viewing angles.
Processor and RAM
Hexa-core Snapdragon 808 processor with Adreno 418 GPU is running the phone with 3 GB RAM with Android OS.
There is an internal memory of 32 GB in the Smartphone.
Acer Liquid Jade 2 sports a 21 MP primary camera with f/2.2 aperture, 84-degree wide-angle lens, 1080p video recording.
The secondary camera is of 8 MP with f/2.2 aperture, 84-degree wide-angle lens, 1080 p video recording.
The phone supports 3G and 4G with HSPA+ and LTE standards respectively. Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac (dual band) MIMO for Wi-Fi access, Bluetooth 4.1 for Bluetooth sharing, GPS for location services, USP Type-C are supported in the Smartphone.
The design of the phone is like, it is surrounded by, DTS Headphone. The memory can be expandable up to 1 TB of hybrid storage which is not specifically or clearly revealed.
Its price and availability are going to be announced by Acer very sooner.
In the MWC 2016 at Barcelona, the company also showcased its latest developments of BYOC (Build Your Own Cloud) in the fields of connected car, smart home, business, education etc.,.
